I am a Canadian medical librarian and archivist currently working in the U.S. as an Associate Fellow. I am constantly trying to learn new and effective ways to improve librarianship (medical librarianship more specifically) and engage users in a way that will make them remember how amazing and helpful we are. My interests are particularly focused on embedded librarianship, teaching, patron engagement, and collaborative research.
I’ve created this blog to talk about my experiences working in the library and discuss all the things I find interesting as a professional. I am an enthusiastic, passionate and energetic librarian who loves his job and cares deeply about bringing people together to improve access to information and build relationships between librarians and the professionals/students/researchers/faculty who need our help.
